The big show

My pre-school class put on a big show for Christmas time. I got to be an angel and sing lots of Christmas songs. I love being on stage. It was so much fun. I told mama that next year I think I will be Mary.

Santa Came!!!

Santa came and to our delight... he brought us "just what we wanted"!

Princess, Princess, Princess

I think my mama might be a little sick of this word. I talk about the princesses alot. Mommy took me to see the Princesses on Ice and it very well could be the best night of my life. It has almost been a month since we saw them and I still can't go a day without talking about it. I keep asking her when we can see them again. She told me maybe we could visit them at their house in California sometime. That would be so cool!
I went to see the show with my friend and next door neighbor, Marin and her mommy, Susan. We just had the best time and I even got to dress up for the show!

Christmas Cousins

Let it snow!

Well, we certainly had a white December in Colorado this year. Grayson and I love helping Daddy shovel the driveway. I even have my own little shovel. Thank goodness daddy has us around to help, he might never get it done himself!

Grayson turned 2!

Grayson's birthday was December 14th and what a fun day he had. My mama and I stayed up late getting everything ready. We wrapped his presents and made a trail of new blocks for him to follow in the morning. Lately he has been obsessed with blocks, so we knew this would be a great gift. When he woke up in the morning, he was very excited to see the blocks but instead of following the trail, he just started stacking them all together!

And then he had an awesome party. The theme was cars. We colored and decorated our own cakes shaped like cars. It was so much fun!

busy, busy, busy

Well, i have to apologize for not posting in a while. Seems like December just flew by with so many events and things to do. And now, oh my goodness, it is a new year! This has been a very hard concept for me to grasp but i have figured out that it is a time for better habits and new rules. I will follow this post with a summary of December happenings and a visit from Santa (my favorite)!

Haircut

Last week, mama took us for a very much needed haircut. And it was the first time Grayson didn't cry. He is really growing up. We had so much fun at the salon!

Oh, the places WE've been - Utah

Well, we finally all got to go on a trip together!  My great-grandpa Thomas got married!  He married my new great-grandma, Arlene.  She is so sweet.  I can't wait to get to spend more time with her.  Mommy and Daddy said it was such a nice wedding but Grayson and I wouldn't know.  We slept thru the entire thing!  Traveling will do that to you.

Oh, the places Mom's been - Hawaii

Next stop on Momma's trip was Maui, Hawaii.  She went with Grandma Hollie, Aunt Merideth, Aunt Sarah, Cousin Hannah, Aunt Allison and Aunt Joy.  She said she had so much fun and wants to take me there someday.  Sounds like a good idea to me.  This view is so cool.  Thanks for taking such good care of my mommy, grandma!  She came back so happy and I missed her so much.

Oh, the places Mom's been - New York

Mom has traveling a lot this month.  Her first stop was good old NYC to visit aunt Eryn.  Daddy went too.  She told me that they ate tons and walked just as much.  Mommy brought me a very special umbrella and she brought Grayson a really cool elephant.  While she was gone, we spent a lot time with Nanna.
